Wild Pines, a modern farmhouse in Baltimore County Maryland, marries modern design with naturalistic planting.

FORM Garden Design designed circulation that includes a blue stone entry, surrounded by soft perennials and grasses that provides year-round texture and habitat for pollinators.

A crisp black building is softened through textured cosmos and grasses, designed by FORM Garden Design.

FORM Garden Design developed a diverse planting palette, made of perennials, grasses, trees, and shrubs that would provide year-round interest and would thrive with little watering.

Designed by Kevin Gaughan with FORM Garden Design, Wild Pines' exterior offers a place to take in nature and the surrounding farmland, and for the homeowners to cut and enjoy flowers.

The interiors are designed by STEPHANIE BRADSHAW and were designed with the exterior gardens, designed by FORM Garden Design in mind.

A "wild" planting design provides movement, texture, and four-season interest.

Plants are pollinator-friendly as shown by this Tiger Swallowtail.

It was crucial the garden be a place of beauty and enjoyment for the young family, and dog!
